Position: SAP BTP Expert
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP BTP Expert to design, develop, and implement cloud-based extensions and integrations within the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) landscape. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, and SAP Integration Suite, along with strong proficiency in Fiori/UI5, CAP/RAP, and BTP security frameworks.
This role requires deep technical expertise, architectural understanding, and the ability to deliver scalable solutions that enhance business process agility and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of applications, services, and integrations on SAP BTP (Cloud Foundry and Kyma environments).
• Architect and implement cloud extensions for SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, and other enterprise systems using CAP (Cloud Application Programming) and RAP (Restful ABAP Programming) models.
• Develop and manage APIs, OData services, and event-driven integrations through SAP Integration Suite, SAP CPI, and API Management.
• Build modern Fiori/UI5 applications leveraging SAP BTP services, Launchpad, and business application studio.
• Ensure seamless integration with on-premise SAP systems using Cloud Connector, Destination Service, and ODP/OData frameworks.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to define architecture, design patterns, and reusability standards across projects.
• Manage security configurations, authentication/authorization (XSUAA, OAuth, SSO), and role-based access control in BTP applications.
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using SAP Cloud Transport Management (CTMS) and DevOps best practices.
• Leverage SAP BTP services such as Workflow Management, Business Rules, Document Management, Event Mesh, and AI/ML services for process automation.
• Support data integration and analytics using SAP HANA Cloud, Data Intelligence, or Analytics Cloud (SAC).
• Ensure solutions adhere to SAP Clean Core principles, security standards, and performance optimization best practices.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and training to project and development teams.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• SAP BTP Certification (Extension Suite / Integration Suite) highly preferred.
• 5–8 years of overall SAP technical experience, including 3–5 years in SAP BTP development and architecture.
• Hands-on expertise in:

• SAP BTP (CAP, RAP, Cloud Foundry, Kyma)
• Fiori/UI5, OData, and RESTful APIs
• SAP Integration Suite (CPI, API Management, Event Mesh)
• Security, XSUAA, and Identity Management

• Experience integrating S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba, or Concur within BTP.
• Strong knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and Transport Management on BTP.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Maximum notice period: 2 months.
