Position: SAP FICO Solution Architect
We are seeking a highly experienced SAP FICO Solution Architect with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA to lead end-to-end solution design, implementation, and transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO), hands-on S/4HANA experience, and the ability to design and deliver scalable, business-aligned financial solutions. Experience in the steel manufacturing industry is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Finance (FICO) implementations, from design through post-go-live support.
• Define, design, and validate finance and controlling architectures aligned with SAP Activate methodology and S/4HANA best practices.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to assess the system landscape, conduct fit-gap analysis, and map processes to optimized S/4HANA models.
• Configure and support key functional areas, including:

• Controlling (CO): Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Product Costing (with Material Ledger/Actual Costing), Profitability Analysis (Margin Analysis in S/4HANA), and Internal Orders.
• Finance (FI): Universal Journal (ACDOCA), General Ledger (GL) with parallel ledgers, Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Asset Accounting (New AA), Banking and Treasury solutions, and Financial Closing & Group Reporting.
• Drive finance transformation initiatives leveraging S/4HANA Fiori apps, Embedded Analytics, and Central Finance architecture.
• Manage data migration using SAP Migration Cockpit, LTMC, or equivalent tools, ensuring accuracy, validation, and reconciliation.
• Oversee integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, QM) and external systems to maintain end-to-end process consistency.
• Conduct solution design workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer for business users and project teams.
• Ensure solution governance, adherence to SAP best practices, and compliance with corporate financial and audit standards.
• Collaborate with technical teams (ABAP, BTP, Integration) to define RICEFW objects and support development activities.
• Work closely with SAP Basis and Security teams for system readiness, role design, and environment management.
• Provide thought leadership on S/4HANA innovations such as Universal Parallel Accounting, Group Reporting, and AI/ML-driven financial insights.
• Lead cutover planning, mock conversions, and post-go-live stabilization activities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance automation and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
• SAP FICO certification (S/4HANA preferred).
• 7–10 years of relevant SAP FICO experience, including 2–3 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations.
• Strong understanding of Universal Journal, New Asset Accounting, Business Partner, and Margin Analysis.
• Industry background in steel manufacturing or heavy industry preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Maximum notice period: 2 months.
