Position: SAP HCM / SuccessFactors Technical Consultant
We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM / SuccessFactors Technical Consultant with strong technical expertise across Employee Central (EC), Payroll, Time Management (TMS), and Compensation modules. The ideal candidate will have in-depth experience in SAP HCM on-premises and SuccessFactors integration, system configuration, interface management, and data governance within hybrid HR system landscapes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support technical implementation and integration of SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM modules (EC, Payroll, TMS, Compensation).
  • Design, configure, and maintain interfaces, extensions, and custom applications using tools such as:
    • SAP BTP Integration Suite, SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration), SAP PI/PO, and API Management.
    • SAP SuccessFactors Integration Center for EC–Payroll and EC–TMS connectivity.
    • Fiori/UI5 applications, Workflow development, and BTP extensions for HR processes.
  • Manage and monitor data replication between Employee Central and SAP HCM Payroll, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  • Support data migration, transformation, and validation during implementation and system transitions.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants to define technical requirements, perform impact analysis, and deliver scalable HR system solutions.
  • Work closely with ABAP and BTP teams to develop HR-specific enhancements, forms, and custom reports as needed.
  • Configure and maintain middleware integrations and data mappings for third-party systems (e.g., time, attendance, benefits, or recruitment).
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy standards (GDPR) and local labor regulations, maintaining robust authorization and security controls.
  • Develop custom reports and dashboards using SAP Analytics Cloud, Ad Hoc Reports, or Story Reports.
  • Participate in unit, integration, and UAT testing, ensuring successful deployment and knowledge transfer.
  • Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement improvement initiatives for HR applications.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • SAP Certification in SuccessFactors Integration or SAP HCM Technical preferred.
  • 7–10 years of experience in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors technical roles, including 2–3 full-cycle implementations.
  • Hands-on experience in SAP CPI, Integration Center, BTP, Fiori/UI5, and Workflow.
  • Strong understanding of Employee Central, Payroll, Time Management, and Compensation module integration.
  • Familiarity with SAP Authorizations, Security roles, and Data Privacy requirements.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Maximum notice period: 2 months.
