Position: SAP HRMS Functional Consultant
We are seeking an experienced SAP HRMS Functional Consultant with strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM modules including Employee Central (EC), Payroll, Time Management (TMS), and Compensation. The ideal candidate will have deep functional understanding of HR business processes, configuration expertise in SuccessFactors, and experience delivering end-to-end HR digital transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute SAP HRMS / SuccessFactors implementations across EC, Payroll, Time Management, and Compensation modules.
- Gather business requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and design optimized HR processes aligned with SAP best practices.
- Configure and support functional areas including:
- Employee Central (EC): Employee data management, position management, workflows, and organizational structure.
- Payroll: Payroll schema configuration, integration with Finance (FICO), statutory compliance, and off-cycle processing.
- Time Management (TMS): Work schedules, leave management, time evaluation, and absence quotas.
- Compensation & Benefits: Variable pay, salary structures, incentive plans, and performance-linked pay integration.
- Integrate HRMS modules with Finance (FICO), Time & Attendance, and SuccessFactors Reporting/Analytics.
- Support data migration and validation activities during system transitions.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration, reporting, and interface delivery.
- Conduct user training, UAT sessions, and documentation for HR process owners and business users.
- Ensure solution compliance with local labor laws, data privacy regulations, and corporate HR policies.
- Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Information Technology.
- SAP Certification in SuccessFactors (Employee Central or HCM) preferred.
- 7–10 years of relevant experience in SAP HRMS / SuccessFactors, including 2–3 full-cycle implementations.
- Strong functional expertise in EC, Payroll, Time Management, and Compensation modules.
- Understanding of HR process design, compliance management, and organizational hierarchy modeling.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Maximum notice period: 2 months.
