Position: SAP MM/EWM Consultant
We are seeking a highly experienced SAP MM/EWM Consultant with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Materials Management and Extended Warehouse Management to lead end-to-end implementation, integration, and process optimization initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep functional knowledge of procurement, inventory management, and warehouse operations, along with hands-on S/4HANA experience. Experience in the steel manufacturing or industrial sector is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver SAP S/4HANA MM/EWM implementations, from business requirement gathering and configuration through testing and post-go-live support.
• Configure and support key functional areas, including:

• Materials Management (MM): Procurement (P2P), Inventory Management, Stock Valuation, Material Master Data, Vendor Management, Release Strategies, and Automatic Account Determination.
• Extended Warehouse Management (EWM): Warehouse Structure Setup, Inbound and Outbound Processes, Goods Receipt and Issue, Putaway and Picking Strategies, Wave Management, Physical Inventory, and Integration with Transportation and Production.
• Integrate MM/EWM with other SAP modules such as SD, PP, QM, and FICO for end-to-end supply chain visibility.
• Support data migration and master data governance for materials, vendors, and storage locations.
• Utilize S/4HANA Fiori apps and Embedded Analytics for real-time monitoring of procurement and warehouse operations.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and design solutions aligned with SAP Activate methodology and S/4HANA best practices.
• Work with technical teams (ABAP, BTP, Integration) to define RICEFW objects, enhancements, and interfaces.
• Provide training, documentation, and knowledge transfer to end users and support teams.
• Ensure compliance with inventory, logistics, and financial audit requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency, automation, and system performance.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• SAP Certification in MM and/or EWM (S/4HANA preferred).
• 7–10 years of experience in SAP MM/EWM, including 2–3 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations.
• Strong understanding of S/4HANA Procurement, Inventory Management, and EWM functionalities (embedded or decentralized).
• Experience in steel manufacturing, logistics, or process industries preferred.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and client-facing skills.
• Maximum notice period: 2 months.
