Position: SAP PP/QM Solution Architect
We are seeking a highly experienced SAP PP/QM Solution Architect with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing and Quality Management to lead end-to-end solution design, implementation, and transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep functional and technical knowledge of Production Planning and Quality Management processes, extensive S/4HANA experience, and the ability to architect scalable, integrated manufacturing solutions. Experience in the steel manufacturing industry is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver end-to-end SAP S/4HANA PP/QM implementations, from blueprinting and configuration through post-go-live support.
• Define, design, and validate manufacturing and quality management architectures aligned with SAP Activate methodology and S/4HANA best practices.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to analyze production and quality processes, perform fit-gap assessments, and align solutions with enterprise goals.
• Configure and support key functional areas, including:

·       Production Planning (PP): Demand Management, Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Shop-Floor Execution, Discrete/Process Manufacturing, Capacity Planning, Batch Management, and Integration with MM/SD.

·       Quality Management (QM): Quality Inspection Planning, In-Process and Final Inspection, Quality Notifications, Certificates of Analysis (CoA), Results Recording, and Integration with PP and MM.

• Integrate PP/QM processes with Finance (FICO), Controlling (CO-PC), Plant Maintenance (PM), and Warehouse Management (EWM) modules.
• Leverage S/4HANA Fiori apps and Embedded Analytics for production and quality insight and reporting.
• Manage master data consistency (BOMs, Routings, Work Centers, Inspection Plans, and Characteristics).
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing manufacturing efficiency and quality compliance.
• Lead cutover planning, mock conversions, and post-go-live stabilization activities.
• Collaborate with technical teams (ABAP, BTP, Integration) to design RICEFW objects and interfaces.
• Ensure solution governance, adherence to SAP best practices, and compliance with industry and audit standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• SAP Certification in PP and/or QM (S/4HANA preferred).
• 7–10 years of relevant experience in SAP PP/QM, including 2–3 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations.
• Strong understanding of S/4HANA Manufacturing, Advanced Planning, and Quality Management functionalities.
• Industry experience in steel manufacturing or process industry preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Maximum notice period: 2 months.
