Position: SAP Program Manager
We are seeking an accomplished SAP Program Manager to lead large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs across business and technology domains. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP program governance, stakeholder management, delivery oversight, and strategic planning, ensuring seamless execution from initiation to go-live.

This role requires a strong blend of technical understanding, business process knowledge, and leadership excellence to manage multiple projects, teams, and vendors within a complex SAP landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end SAP S/4HANA transformation programs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, timelines, and quality standards.
• Develop and execute program plans, governance frameworks, and delivery roadmaps covering all functional and technical tracks (FICO, MM, SD, PP, HR, BTP, etc.).
• Oversee multiple SAP implementation and support projects, ensuring integration, coordination, and strategic alignment.
• Manage and mentor cross-functional project managers, consultants, and delivery leads to ensure consistent delivery performance.
• Establish program governance, including steering committees, status reporting, and risk management frameworks.
• Act as a single point of contact for executive stakeholders, providing clear communication on program status, risks, and dependencies.
• Collaborate with business leaders to drive change management, process transformation, and business adoption of SAP solutions.
• Ensure compliance with SAP Activate methodology and organizational PMO standards.
• Manage relationships with SAP, system integrators, and technology partners, ensuring contractual and delivery commitments are met.
• Oversee budget planning, resource allocation, and cost control for program initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement, identify process optimization opportunities, and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Support post-go-live activities, including stabilization, hypercare, and transition to support.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 12–18 years of overall SAP experience, with at least 5+ years in program or project management roles.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale SAP implementations, preferably S/4HANA transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of SAP functional and technical landscapes, including FICO, MM, SD, PP, HR, and integration technologies.
• Certification in SAP Activate, PMP, or Prince2 preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder engagement, governance, and risk management.
• Experience managing multi-vendor, multi-geography, and hybrid SAP environments.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Maximum notice period: 2 months.
