Position: SAP QM/EHS Solution Architect
We are seeking a highly experienced SAP QM/EHS Solution Architect with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Quality Management (QM) and Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) modules to lead end-to-end solution design, implementation, and transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess deep functional and technical knowledge of quality management, environmental compliance, and health and safety processes within manufacturing environments. Experience in the steel manufacturing industry is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver end-to-end SAP S/4HANA QM and EHS implementations, from blueprinting and configuration through post-go-live support.
• Define, design, and validate quality and EHS solution architectures aligned with SAP Activate methodology and S/4HANA best practices.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to analyze manufacturing and compliance processes, perform fit-gap analysis, and map optimized SAP solutions.
• Configure and support key functional areas, including:

• Quality Management (QM): Inspection Planning, In-Process and Final Inspection, Quality Notifications, Certificates of Analysis (CoA), Results Recording, Defect Tracking, and Integration with PP, MM, and SD modules.
• Environment, Health & Safety (EHS): Incident Management, Risk Assessment, Health Surveillance, Occupational Safety, Environmental Compliance, and Waste Management.
• Ensure seamless integration between QM and EHS processes to support product quality, worker safety, and environmental sustainability.
• Utilize S/4HANA Fiori apps and Embedded Analytics for real-time monitoring of quality metrics and EHS compliance dashboards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Maintenance, HR, and Environment) to ensure regulatory alignment and operational efficiency.
• Manage master data related to inspection characteristics, specifications, substances, and regulatory documents.
• Work with technical teams (ABAP, BTP, Integration) to design RICEFW objects, forms, and reports for EHS and QM solutions.
• Lead cutover planning, mock conversions, and post-go-live stabilization efforts.
• Ensure solution governance, adherence to SAP best practices, and compliance with ISO standards, OSHA, and environmental regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, worker safety, and environmental responsibility.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Information Technology, or a related field.
• SAP Certification in QM and/or EHS (S/4HANA preferred).
• 7–10 years of relevant experience in SAP QM/EHS, including 2–3 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations.
• Strong understanding of S/4HANA Quality Management and EHS Management functionalities, including regulatory reporting and compliance management.
• Experience in steel manufacturing or heavy industry preferred.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Maximum notice period: 2 months.
